Sam has completely changed my life. When I started my fitness journey i wasn’t comfortable in being in a gym setting. I felt extremely intimidated by it. I started training with her when she started her HIIT classes. She made me feel so comfortable and loved. I love her energy, how professional and how knowledgeable she is.
